"I Em Do"

Cordon turned two this weekend.  As far as celebrations go, it was pretty pathetic.  Cordon had not slept well for several nights in a row so he woke up grumpy.  That morning Chris and I both had separate errands to run so Cordon was dragged all over town.  He refused to take a nap so by the afternoon he was not a pleasant person.  We loaded up and headed to Chocolate world, only to find out that there was a Rihanna/Kesha concert going on so parking was non existent.  We ended up at a park instead where poor Cordon fell off a slide onto his head. After dinner we made the mistake of letting Cordon open his present before giving him cake. How stupid are we?  So of course when we tried to drag him away from his new train set to blow out candles he had a fit.  He calmed down enough to attempt to blow out candles then he took one bite said "all done cake" and kept eye balling the train.  We finally gave up and let him go back to his ever important train set.  The cake was then consumed by his sister, via mom (mmmmmm) Good thing he is only 2 and won't remember this day.  Happy Birthday anyways little man, We love you.
Apparently life is very funny when viewed through a colander.
