Tis the Season

Chris had the last 2 weeks off for the Holidays and it was wonderful.  We did a lot of sitting around being lazy and a lot of Christmas stuff, so let me sum up.....

We went to Bass Pro Shop to see Santa Clause and ride the Carousel.  Cordon had no fear of Santa this year.  He ran to him screaming "I want a basket ball game"

The kids and Chris got the flu and spent 2 days sleeping.

 We decorated

Making and eating a gingerbread house.

We made cookies for Santa.  Check out Cordons frosting job.  I think it's about an inch thick in the center.

With all the packages that came and went, Eliza decided she liked the taste of those biodegradable packing peanuts.  She would cram them in her mouth as fast as she could before someone caught her.

I won an ugly sweater contest.  I bought the hat and made the sweater.
Eliza didn't want to open her presents on Christmas.  She just wanted to watch everyone else.  Cordon was loving every part of Christmas, opening presents and watching others open their presents.

A trumpet from mom and dad.  That sucker is a lot louder then I thought it would be, and of course it's his favorite gift he got.

We got a bone for Bud that is bigger then him.  He carried it around and licked it for two days.  He didn't eat it until Chris cut it in half.

Chris decided the kids music education was seriously lacking and he introduced them to the finer things.
